Based off of 2D reference images of dancers, I wanted to do a few studies of extruding the figures into 3D/VR space. I found that gestural movements are super imperative (as in 2D design) to create impactful and dramatic poses. Those traditional animation rules of exaggerating the action are still very applicable in VR figure painting.

This was really fun to explore and experiment.
